At Publicis Sapient I am the de-facto EU authority on Enterprise AI architecture. I advise CTOs, Chief AI Officers, and CDOs on strategy and implementation. I define the patterns our largest European engagements use to move from AI proof-of-concept to production-grade transformation.

Architected and delivered the core commerce and supply chain platform for the world's largest B2B electrical distributor. Three continents, multi-year transformation. The platform today underpins over EUR 2.5 billion in annual digital revenue.
